We strive to be a leader in proper and responsible facade solutions and place great emphasis on the life cycle of facade products.
This means that we guarantee CE-marked products that are flexible, modular, reusable and with ample opportunity to transform for other uses. Just as we only offer products with sustainable, circular and proven properties.

Fabrication
All production and preparation takes place in Denmark.
All facade systems are produced in the best materials with great consideration for the environment and climate:
We only use Greenline Aluminium®, which is 100% collected and recycled aluminum. Greenline has a very low carbon footprint of only 1.8CO2-eq/kg compared to primary aluminium at 11.1.
Wooden lamellae are produced in FSC® or PEFC™ certified wood and Burnblock's Cradle to Cradle certified fire retardant is used for fire-impregnated lamellae. The fire retardant is guaranteed sustainable and consists of 100% natural substances that are 100% degradable, non-toxic and VOC emission-free.

Construction phase
Facade solutions are tailored and customized to each customer and building project. This way, we achieve a minimum of waste.
They are all created as modular systems with great design freedom and flexibility in terms of easy expansion and customization.
Special features also include simple, fast and quality-assured setup due to the unique plug and play mounting system.

Use phase
The facade system requires minimal maintenance and has a minimum lifetime of +30-50 years.
The heat treatment of the wooden lamellae helps to ensure dimensional stability and longevity. Similarly, aluminium is known for its unique longevity, with 70% still standing in its first version.
The modular facade system is designed to handle facade repairs without visible transitions and with the option of adding additional Nordisk Profil lamellae cladding.

Demolition, recycling and reuse
It is crucial for Nordisk Profil to offer products that can be easily dismantled and used for other projects and purposes.
With the design principle "Design for Disassembly", the facade systems are designed and assembled for easy disassembly of each individual component.
All components can be dismantled and reused for other purposes, and it is possible to dismantle and reuse the facade cladding 1:1 for a new building project.
If you need demolition, Nordisk Profil offers a take-back service with pick-up and recycling.

STRICTER CLIMATE REQUIREMENTS
We very much welcome the new climate requirements and are pleased that active efforts are being made towards CO2-reducing construction, as the construction industry accounts for a large share of the total climate impact.

Woodfac Click is an open system with optional wooden slats on an underlying aluminum structure. With a view to the building's load-bearing facade, it's possible to compose a vibrant architecture, created through light, shadows, materials, and design.
The system offers corner solutions, various capping profiles, a solution for curved facades, and reinforcement profiles that enable large free spans both horizontally and vertically.
Woodfac Click is particularly well-suited for cladding parking garages.
With the open facade system, it becomes easy to give parking garages a certain wow factor. Many parking garages are built among beautiful residential blocks, so why not make them as inviting to look at as their environment and surroundings?
With wooden slats as cladding, you get the opportunity to construct beautiful and timeless parking garages with a natural and warm appearance that develops a beautiful patina over time.
Woodfac Panel is a closed system that functions as a climate screen. The system consists of optional wooden slats mounted on aluminum panels.
The aluminum panels protect the building from weather influences and have underlying ventilation that ensures the facade can 'breathe'.
The panel solution includes variable single, double, and corner panels with punched holes for facade screws, which are hidden when the panels are clipped together.
The system offers a wide range of accessory profiles for finishing and framing doors, windows (reveal profiles), and other facade elements.
