Woodfac meets the fire technical requirements according to EN 14915 - so much that it is the only product on the market that has been classification tested and passed to B-s1,d0 and B-s2,d0.
Nordisk Profil has also performed, tested and passed the Reaction-to-fire facade test according to ISO13785-1.
Woodfac Click is an open system with optional wooden slats on an underlying aluminum structure. With a view to the building's load-bearing facade, it's possible to compose a vibrant architecture, created through light, shadows, materials, and design.
The system offers corner solutions, various capping profiles, a solution for curved facades, and reinforcement profiles that enable large free spans both horizontally and vertically.

Woodfac Panel is a closed system that functions as a climate screen. The system consists of optional wooden slats mounted on aluminum panels.
The aluminum panels protect the building from weather influences and have underlying ventilation that ensures the facade can 'breathe'.
The panel solution includes variable single, double, and corner panels with punched holes for facade screws, which are hidden when the panels are clipped together.
The system offers a wide range of accessory profiles for finishing and framing doors, windows (reveal profiles), and other facade elements.

Our wooden facades comply with all necessary harmonized standards, ensuring that we always meet the requirements and regulations for exterior Facade cladding: Third party sampling, classification report, monitoring and control.
Sustainable fire retardant
To give our wood cladding the best and safest conditions, we only use Burnblock's fire retardant, which is the only one on the market to have achieved full accreditation, approval and full classification according to EN 16755.
The fire retardant provides full protection while maintaining the fire performance over the lifetime of the wood (ISO 5660-1) - both before and after accelerated ageing testing according to test method EN 927-6, which is part of the EN 16755:2017 test process.
The fire retardant consists of 100% natural substances, is 100% biodegradable, non-toxic and free of VOC emissions.
With these excellent and sustainable properties, the fire retardant has achieved gold-level Cradle to Cradle certification and earned platinum in material health.
