Thermo pine for lamellae cladding tops the favourites list. The wood is quite popular due to its warm appearance and beautiful knots that give buildings a varied look. In addition, pine is budget-friendly and, not least, it meets the fire safety requirements, B-s2,d0.

Thermo pine has high dimensional stability and longevity, guaranteeing a beautiful facade for generations.

Thermo pine premium

Thermo pine premium is chosen when you want brownish lamellae with an almost crack-free structure. This results in a facade with a very clean and exclusive look.

The properties are the same as thermofyre with very high dimensional stability, long lifetime and B-s2,d0 documentation.

Western Red Cedar

Western red cedar is a good choice for lamellae cladding. It is not heat-treated but has a natural resistance to rot and fungus, similar to heat-treated wood.

The wood species also has a low density, which provides good insulation and a light and soft material to work with. Despite this, it is quite durable and has a long lifespan. It is also end-use tested as a facade system with a documented fire rating.

Thermo ayous

Thermally treated ayous is a wood species with a very low density and quite high dimensional stability, so the wood does not warp.

The lamellae have a dark brown colour, which gives a certain elegance to its expression.

Accoya is a beautiful sustainable material with Cradle to Cradle Gold certification. The look is bright and natural, the quality is high and the lifespan is an impressive +50 years.

The wood is not thermo-treated, but manufactured through a process where its cell structure is modified to improve its resilience and dimensional stability.

Accoya is suitable for buildings where the fire classification D-s2,d2 can be used.

We offer two wooden facade systems. Woodfac Click is an open system, while Woodfac Panel functions as a closed climate screen. The choice depends on the needs of your project.

Woodfac Click is an open facade system with optional wooden slats on a backing structure made of recycled aluminum. With a view of the building's load-bearing facade, it is possible to compose a living architecture, created through light, shadows, materials, and design.

With wooden slats as full or partial cladding for the facade, it is possible to construct beautiful and timeless facades with a natural and warm appearance that develops a beautiful patina over time.

The system offers corner solutions, various cover profiles, solutions for curved facades, and reinforcement profiles that allow for large spans - both horizontally and vertically.

Woodfac Panel is a closed facade system with optional wooden slats on a backing structure made of recycled aluminum.

The system acts as an effective climate screen that protects the building from the effects of the weather, while the facade retains its breathability thanks to the ventilation behind it.

The system offers a wide range of accessory profiles for finishes and frames around doors and windows.

Wooden lamellae

Wooden lamellaes are produced in FSC®- or PEFC™ -certified wood with the assurance of sound and sustainable forestry.

For the fire proofing of wooden lamellaes, Cradle to Cradle certified fire retardant is used, which, with 100% natural substances, is toxic and VOC emissions-free and 100% degradable.

Thermotreatment of the lamellaes ensures shape stability and unique longevity with a durability of up to +50 years, depending on the type of wood.

Thermal movement

Thermal movement refers to the natural expansion and contraction of materials as a result of temperature changes.

Thermal movement is integrated into all our facade solutions, allowing the individual components of the systems to move individually in relation to each other. This ensures that there are no internal stresses, strains or structural damage in both individual components and as an overall facade solution.

Structure in aluminium

The structure and profiles of the facade system are made from certified recycled aluminium.

Greenline® aluminum is 100% collected and recycled aluminum with a very low CO2 footprint of only 1.8 kg CO2 eq./kg compared to primary aluminum, which has a footprint of 11.1.

Modulært og knivskarpt

Vores træfacader er designet som modulære systemer, hvilket gør det nemt at udvide facaden uden synlige overgange. Ligesom det er er nemt at afmontere og gøre brug af alle komponenter til andre facadeprojekter.
Det betyder også en simple montering i tre steps, der består af kun tre komponenter. Når facaden er opsat, har du ingen synlige skruer i de flotte lameller. Dette sammen med facadesystemernes indbygget termisk bevægelse, giver et langtidsholdbart resultat med knivskarpe lameller uden tolerancer.
