Introduction
Nordisk Profil A/S (hereinafter NP, we, us or our) wishes with this privacy policy to make users of www.nordisk-profil.dk more aware of how we handle their personal information - including what data we collect, why it is collected and what we as data controller use it for.
NP recognises and respects the privacy rights of its users, which is why we also treat the data seriously and trustfully and in accordance with applicable privacy and data security laws (GDPR), which came into force across the EU on May 25, 2018.

You cannot be identified from this information, but when you use our contact form, we receive the information (name, email and possibly phone number) that you enter. The knowledge we gain is used solely to improve the website and the user experience and increase its value for you as a visitor.
Purpose
Thereis always a specific purpose for the collection of different information - both when it is via cookies or information you enter on our website (contact form). Each cookie has its "own" purpose, as you can see in the overview below. If it is personal data that you enter yourself on the website via the contact form, the purpose is solely to ensure that you are contacted by an employee - exactly as you have requested. NP does not collect such information without your voluntary and unambiguous consent and only for the purpose of providing the requested service.

NPhas taken technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, deteriorated or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Storage period
The datais stored for the period of time permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. Selected third parties are used for storage and processing of data and they are; our website provider Webflow, Google Analytics and Byggemateriale.dk. These third parties only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Disclosure of personal data such as name and email etc. will only take place if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
